Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

v1.0.0 Updated August 11, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS and Android applications published under the Zhenxu Dev brand by Hangzhou Zhenxu Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), and to the support correspondence connected to them.

It describes how the current released versions handle information, and how this policy will be updated before features that change information handling are introduced. Where an individual app needs additional disclosures, those are provided in the app itself or in its app store listing.

2. Information stored on your device

In the current released versions, the content you create in our apps is stored locally on your own device. This includes records, entries, notes, labels, preferences and other in-app content.

We do not upload this content to servers we operate, and we cannot read it. No account or registration is required to use the core features.

Because this content is held on your device, deleting the app, clearing its storage or resetting the device may permanently remove it. We cannot restore data we never received, so please keep your own backups of anything important.

3. Diagnostics and usage statistics

To find crashes and fix defects, our apps may use third-party diagnostic and basic usage-analytics services. Where such a service is active in an app, it may process:

This information is used for stability and product quality only. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it. The specific services in use, and the data they collect, are disclosed in each app's store privacy disclosure.

4. Information you send us directly

When you contact us for support, feedback or a bug report — for example by writing to support@zhenxudev.com — we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to attach, such as screenshots or logs.

We use this only to answer you and to investigate the issue you reported, and we keep it no longer than needed for that purpose and for our own records of the exchange.

5. Device permissions

Our apps request a system permission only when a feature you are using needs it, and the reason is explained at the point of the request or in the app's store listing. You can decline or later revoke any permission in your device settings; only the feature that depends on it stops working.

6. Planned features that are not active yet

We intend to add optional user accounts and cloud synchronisation, and to offer synchronisation as a paid feature. None of this is active in the current released versions.

We will publish an updated version of this policy, with a new version number and date, describing what is collected, where it is stored and how to delete it, before any account, synchronisation or subscription feature becomes available to you.

If and when paid features launch, purchases will be processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. Those stores handle payment; we do not receive or store your card or bank details.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with the service providers described in section 3, acting on our instructions, and where we are legally required to do so or must act to protect our rights, users or the security of our services.

8. Children

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited information we do receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Content held only on your device is protected primarily by your device's own security, such as your passcode and system encryption.

10. Your choices

You can delete the content held in an app by deleting it in the app or by uninstalling the app. You can turn permissions off in your device settings. You can ask us what correspondence we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to the address in section 12.

11. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the version number and the date shown at the top of this page. For changes that materially affect how information is handled, we will also give notice in the affected app or its store listing.

12. Contact us

For privacy questions, data requests or deletion requests, contact support@zhenxudev.com. The data controller is Hangzhou Zhenxu Technology Co., Ltd..
